Delivery Service Info - We ship by using UK Mail tracked delivery service to all parts of the mainland UK. We use our own tracked vehicles for our home area of South & West Wales

Bronze DeliveryFree of charge

Your plotter is dispatched to you direct from the warehouse  and will be delivered to a ground floor location boxed and on a Pallet. Customers looking to minimise costs can then proceed to unboxed and assemble the plotter. Customers with a good understanding of IT can then proceed to load up with paper and ink, network install and you are ready to go. All consumables are within the box to complete this task. Silver Delivery & Install£249

Your plotter arrives as a pallet delivery direct from the warehouse. Our Technician will be on site to unbox, assemble and set up the plotter. We will network install and check all is functioning correctly before showing you the basics on how it works. Some assistance from you will be required help unbox and assist with assembly.

Gold Delivery & Install£595

Custom delivery and set up. We will install as per your bespoke requirements. No unpacking on site. Equipment is fully set up and installed on your network. Full training  is provided as part of this service. Any old redundant equipment is taken away for disposal and WEEE certification provided. Ideal when you are upgrading to Larger MFD Canon M40 Printing Systems

Returns Procedure

All goods returned to Print Partnership Reprographics Limited MUST have a Print Partnership Reprographics Limited returns number, full procedure is -

  1. Print Partnership Reprographics Limited will be advised that items are to be returned.
  2. Print Partnership Reprographics Limited will issue a unique returns number, this number will be used on all returns documents & is the customers reference number for future correspondence.
  3. Print Partnership Reprographics Limited will issue a returns form with the returns number, this will either be completed by Print Partnership Reprographics Limited or the customer returning the goods. This form will contain customer details & returned item’s details.
  4. Goods will be returned to Print Partnership Reprographics Limited with returns number clearly marked on the outer packing.
  5. If possible, a copy of the returns form will also be sent with the returned goods.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned goods Print Partnership Reprographics Limited will inspect them & credit them accordingly.

Note - A re-stocking & inspection charge for non-opened / non-used goods of 25% will be applied.

Any items returned due to Print Partnership Reprographics Limited error will NOT be subject to any re-stocking charges.

Shipping charges for returned items will be paid for by the customer & they will be responsible for any loss or damage.   Items supplied in error by Print Partnership Reprographics Limited will be collected by Print Partnership Reprographics Limited courier at Print Partnership Reprographics Limited expense.

Only items returned using the Print Partnership Reprographics Limited returns number will be accepted.
